How does our sizing work?The sizes shown are the overall stencil sheet. Actual dimensions of the stencil graphic are about 10% smaller than the sheet.

What is our material?We use a reusable 6 mil food-safe Mylar plastic - tough and safe consumer-grade stencil material.

How exactly are our stencils cut?We use a professional cutting machines. Combine that with our roots and knowledge in stencils and you’ve got some of the cleanest cuts out there.

Where are we located?Our stencil shop is based in New York. All stencils are 100% made in the USA by a small, family-owned business. 168-09 Jamaica Ave Suite A1 New York, NY 11432 United States of America

Turnaround time?For all of our stencils we have a 1 business day processing time. Most domestic orders will be in your hands within 2-5 business days using our standard shipping.

Shipping options?USPS Shipping Options: First Class (3-5 days), Priority (2-3 days) Express (1-2 days) We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Do we ship international?Canada is the only country we serve internationally currently. We charge a flat $9.95 fee per order. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What payment types do we accept?Payments are made via Paypal or credit card processed securely.

What about returns?We gladly accept returns. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
